Chapters Of Courage: Writing Through Life's Pains

During my younger years, I found solace in the company of friends and juggled multiple minimum wage jobs, leaving little time for my true passions. Despite nurturing a love for writing, my creations were confined to spiral notebooks, lost during the constant shifts of my nomadic existence. I kept my literary endeavors a secret, plagued by embarrassment and self-doubt, especially in a time when werewolf stories were scarce. Life took a significant turn when I entered a twenty-year marriage and welcomed a son into my life through adoption. He became my beacon of strength and inspiration, propelling me back into the world of writing after the challenges of divorce. Relocating closer to family, I embraced the responsibility of raising my young son while battling escalating physical pain, stemming from Trigeminal Neuralgia and widespread arthritis resulting from a past car accident.

Amidst the throes of depression and constant pain, I sought refuge in the art of storytelling. Writing became my coping mechanism, a way to distract my mind from the relentless agony. In those moments, I penned ten short books, each word a testament to my resilience. Sharing my creations with my mother, who had never before encountered stories like mine, proved transformative. Her encouragement became the catalyst that emboldened me to approach a publishing company. Upon reaching out, I was paired with an editor whose guidance and support were invaluable. Together, we refined my work, shaping it into a form I could be proud of. Although I opted to publish only six of my books due to my dissatisfaction with the endings of the others, this journey has fueled my determination. I am eager to continue sharing my stories with the world, striving for endings that truly do justice to the tales I have woven. The prospect of publishing more books in the near future fills me with excitement and anticipation, driving me to push my creative boundaries further.

About The Books-Market Project

The Book-Market project is very young. It started as a marketplace where you can sell books from your library, but very soon it became clear to the creators of the Book Market that many book lovers in America are also looking for a place where you can quickly and easily purchase books. This is how the Book Market was born – the youngest and most dynamic bookstore in the United States.
